Tibetan Symbols
Relieve stress and tension with this guided meditation using mini-Tibetan symbols as a form of mindfulness and one-pointed focus.
Tibetan Singing Bowl, 5 Senses Mindfulness and Breath Counting
Allow the Tibetan singing bowl to center and realign you, experience a simple 5 senses mindfulness technique, and learn a new breath counting technique (Count in succession from five up to ten):
Start by counting “one, two, three, four, five” (only up to five) while inhaling and then count “one, two, three, four, five, six” (up to six) while exhaling. The next inhale takes you up to seven (“one, two, three, four, five, six, seven”) and the following exhale up to eight. Then count up to nine on your next inhale and to ten on your next exhale. Do this as many times as necessary to focus the attention on the breath.
Tibetan Singing Bowl + Breath Counting
Center, ground and realign to the high vibrational sound of the Tibetan singing bowl. Then, learn a new breath counting technique by counting in succession from five up to ten:
Start by counting “one, two, three, four, five” (only up to five) while inhaling and then count “one, two, three, four, five, six” (up to six) while exhaling.
The next inhale takes you up to seven (“one, two, three, four, five, six, seven”) and the following exhale up to eight. Then count up to nine on your next inhale and to ten on your next exhale. Do this as many times as necessary to focus the attention on the breath.
The Observer
Take some time to step out of the chaos of the mind and become the observer instead. View your life from a grander perspective.
Release limiting beliefs
Release limiting thought patterns and belief systems as you move through the LIQUID (acronym) process adapted from the Dreaming Heaven book.
L-Listen, I-Identify, Q-Question, I-Intuit, D-Decide. LET GO of patterns that hold you back in life!
Relaxation, Tibetan Symbols + Gratitude
Experience the high vibrational sounds of the mini-Tibetan symbols, and practice mindfulness via the act of focused, intentional listening. Also, radiate in the energy of gratitude as you’re guided through a thankfulness meditation. It has been said that the two feelings in closest vibration to Spirit are gratitude and love. Enjoy raising your vibration!
Nadi Shodhan Pranayama
This is a beautiful breathing technique that helps calm, de-stress and center the mind, and release accumulated tension and fatigue. Nadi means subtle energy channel; shodhan means cleansing or purification; and pranayama means breathing technique.
Hence, this technique cleanses or purifies the energy channels in the body. It’s an alternating nostril technique which also helps harmonize the left and right hemispheres of the brain.
LIQUID Process
Be gently guided through the LIQUID(acronym) process of unravelling limiting beliefs that block you from becoming the highest version of yourself.
L-Listen, I-Identify, Q-Question, I-Intuit, D-Decide.
LET GO of patterns that hold you back in life! Adapted from the Dreaming Heaven book by Francis Rico, Lee McCormick, Gini Gentry and Kelly Walden.

Forgiveness 1
Adapted from Francis Rico's book, A Shaman's Guide to Deep Beauty, this forgiveness ceremony has three parts. It is the most thorough form of forgiveness I’ve ever experienced – settle in and enjoy!
Meditation Alternate Nostril Breathing Plus Moving Deeply Within
Practice the soothing and calming alternate nostril breathing technique (Nadi Shodhan Pranyama).
Earth/Physical Body
Move through limitations and blocks as they relate to your current life and physical body from pre-birth to the present.
Infinity Visualization
This enlivening visualization is adapted from Heather Ash Amara’s book, The Warrior Goddess Training.
Breath Counting II
Counting rapidly up to ten:
While counting “one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten,” breathe in, and again while counting “one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten,” breathe out.
Deep Belly Breathing
Often when we feel stressed or anxious we breathe shallowly from the chest. This leaves us feeling unsettled, oxygen depleted and as if we need to ‘catch our breath’. Learn to breath deeply and calmly from your belly and enjoy the benefits, such as decreased pain and stress levels.
