Breath Counting I

Begin meditation with a simple breath counting technique. Repeat silently on inhale, "one, one, one..." and on the exhale, "two, two, two...". Then on the next inhale, "three, three, three," and on the exhale, "four, four, four." Count up to ten like this, then start back at one.
