Breath Counting II

Counting rapidly up to ten:

While counting “one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten,” breathe in, and again while counting “one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten,” breathe out. Repeat this way of counting as many times as necessary to focus the mind on the breath.
